CARING MINISTRIES Caring Ministry - The caring ministry is a multifaceted lay ministry. Shut-ins are visited and given tapes of the services. Hospital visits are made and encouragement is given to those in need. The purpose is to fulfill the needs of believers in our church who have been set aside because of illness or infirmity.Convalescent Ministry - This ministry was established as an outreach to those in our community who are in a Convalescent Home. On designated Sundays of each month, a team conducts a worship service at A.V. Convalescent Hospital that includes singing, special music, and a message from God’s Word. |
